About the Property
Dolphin Cove is on a waterfront property that it shares with our small, privately run boat and RV storage business. The rental is the entire second floor, with its own gated entrance and a solid privacy fence that separates it from the business side. There are no shared spaces. What’s yours is yours.
The ground floor is used as the business office during regular hours. It’s quiet, and storage customers never come into the rental area. Having the office downstairs also means help is close by if something needs fixing.
What to Expect
Private Access
The rental takes up the entire second floor and has its own gated entrance. There are no shared stairwells, doors or entry points.
Privacy
A tall, solid white privacy fence separates the rental from the storage lot. The only thing the two share is the private boat ramp, and that ramp is for rental guests only. Storage customers don’t use it.
Daytime Activity on the Lot
Dolphin Cove sits on a larger property that includes a small, privately run boat and RV storage area. The storage area is separate from the rental, which has its own fenced section facing the water.
During business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM), you may occasionally see a boat or trailer being moved on the far side of the lot. It’s quiet, it doesn’t happen often, and it never happens near the house or the pool. Outside those hours the property is still.
Property Maintenance & Support
The property is managed by a caretaker who is a U.S. military veteran with years of experience in maintenance, security, watersports and boater safety. He also runs the storage business, which is separate from the rental, and during business hours he’s often in the office on the ground floor.
The rental is fully private, but if you have a maintenance problem, an emergency or a question about the area, he’s close by.
Covered Guest Parking and Trailer Space
Guests have two covered 50 foot parking lanes directly under the house, inside the private fenced area, with room for up to 4 vehicles. If you’re bringing a boat, there’s a separate 114 foot lane with a freshwater washdown hose for rinsing off saltwater. If you need more room for larger vehicles or extra trailers, there’s additional space on our storage lot at no extra charge.
